Faces of HealthFinders campaign
Created and led the Faces of HealthFinders campaign to bring the organization’s impact to life through the people it serves and supports. From concept to execution, Nichole developed the creative direction, designed all campaign visuals, and guided promotion across channels to raise awareness and deepen community connection.
The campaign centered on colorful, expressive graphics portraying a diverse range of individuals—patients, volunteers, and community members—each paired with a compelling impact statement inspired by real stories. Every “face” was supported by a richer backstory, allowing audiences to move beyond a headline and connect with the human experience behind the message.
By blending bold visual storytelling with authentic narratives, the campaign highlighted the many ways HealthFinders strengthens lives and communities, reinforcing trust, empathy, and mission awareness.
