Faces of HealthFinders campaign

 

Created, designed and promoted campaign

The campaign objective was to raise awareness of HFC and highlight the multifaceted ways it impacts patients, volunteers, and the communities it serves. The campaign features graphics with colorful depictions of diverse people with impact statements based around real-life stories. Each story has an accompanying backstory.
